POLICIES
Payment & Registration Policies
Registration Period
Our children's programming runs from September to June, and we encourage families to register for the full program year.
Classes remain open for registration throughout the year; however, December and June include our full company productions. Students who join later in the year may still have the opportunity to participate in a production, but their involvement may be limited depending on when they register and the material already covered.
For the fullest possible participation in classes, rehearsals, and productions, we recommend registering within the first few months of the program year.
Full Company Performances
There are two full company performances throughout the year, and students enrolled in our children's programming will have the opportunity to take part in these productions.
These performances bring our full company of students together to create a production for family, friends, and our community. Full company productions require additional rehearsals closer to the performance dates, as well as a dedicated Show Week.
Attendance during Show Week is mandatory for participating students, as these rehearsals are essential for putting together the final production, including technical elements such as lighting, sound, costumes, and staging.
Please ensure you review the production schedule carefully and keep Show Week dates available when registering.
First Payment & Ongoing Billing
The first payment is due at the time of registration and confirms your child’s spot.
Monthly tuition payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
Payments are made via automatic credit card billing.
A valid Visa or MasterCard is required at the time of registration.
We also accept Interac e-transfer online or cash/credit/debit in person.
What's Included in Tuition
What Your Monthly Tuition Covers
Monthly tuition is a payment toward the full cost of our 10-month program and includes:
-
Participation in regular weekly classes, typically one hour per week.
-
Rehearsals and performance participation for full company productions.
-
Special event costs, such as cast parties and showcase materials.
Please note that while classes are generally held weekly, our schedule accounts for holidays, breaks, productions, and special events. As a result, not every month will have the same number of class days.
Tuition remains consistent each month and is not adjusted based on the number of classes held in a particular month.
What Your Monthly Tuition Does Not Cover
-
March Break or Summer Camps — separate registration is required.
-
Make-up classes due to personal scheduling conflicts or absences.
Our pricing model ensures that, over the course of the full program year, families receive high-quality instruction, performance opportunities, and meaningful community experiences.
Withdrawal Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, a minimum of one month’s notice is required. This allows us to plan staffing, class sizes, rehearsals and productions.
Discounts
We offer a 10% sibling discount for families with three or more children enrolled in the same session. The discount applies to the third child and any additional children enrolled.
Financial Accessibility
We are committed to making our programming accessible to all families.
We work with PRO Kids and other community partners to help offset tuition costs for families who qualify. If you would like to explore payment plans or available funding support, please speak with a staff member. We are happy to work with families to find an option that works for them.
Attendance & Class Schedule
Regular Attendance
Students are expected to attend all weekly classes, rehearsals, and performances. Regular attendance is an important part of building skills, teamwork, confidence, and readiness for showcases and productions.
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
If a student misses more than 5 classes without notice, they may be removed from our system and their spot may be forfeited.
If your child is going to miss a class or rehearsal, please notify InterAction or their instructor whenever possible.

Program Minimum Enrollment Policy
All programs are subject to minimum enrollment requirements.

If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
