SUMMER/MARCH BREAK CAMPS
Payment is required prior to the beginning of camp to confirm enrollment. If a camp is full with a waiting list, we reserve the right to offer any unpaid spots to the waiting students.
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
Classes run from September to June. It is assumed that all students are enrolling for the entire year and they will automatically be re-enrolled unless they inform us otherwise.
Our school year is divided into three sessions:
Fall (Sep 9 - Dec 16)
Winter (Jan 9 - Mar 2)
Spring (Mar 12 - Jun 8)
Tuition is billed by session.
Fees listed on the signup page are for the current session.
Tuition will be posted to student accounts upon registration.
Payment is due within two weeks of class start.

If no payment or alternate arrangement has been made by the due date, we will automatically charge credit cards on file for current tuition fees at the beginning of the following week.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Interac e-transfer online.
We accept credit/debit cards, cash and cheques at the front desk.
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR: TRIAL CLASSES
Interested students may try out any group class for one week with no commitment, free of charge.
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR: PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons run weekly from September to June.
Tuition is $25 for a 30 minute weekly lesson.
Tuition varies based on the calendar and is due at the beginning of each month.
Students are expected to attend all classes, as well as rehearsals and performances where applicable. There are no refunds for missed classes.
PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS - ONE EXCEPTION
If a lesson is cancelled by us (storm day, teacher ill or away), there is no charge. Makeup lessons may be available for missed time, subject to the teacher's availability.
There will be no regular weekly classes Thanksgiving Weekend, Remembrance Day,
Christmas Break, March Break, Easter Weekend or Victoria Day Weekend. These closures have been factored into each session's tuition.
As the weather changes, we may have to cancel classes due to road conditions. We do not cancel automatically if schools are cancelled. We will send updates by email and social media by 2 p.m. on stormy weekdays and 8 a.m. on stormy Saturdays to advise whether classes have been postponed. We have placed extra time in our schedule to allow for make-up time through extra rehearsals and classes if needed.
EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT BUNDLES
We encourage children to participate in multiple disciplines within the performing arts school. Therefore we have created a pricing bundle for 3 or more group classes at 10% off. Private lessons cannot be included in the pricing bundles.
For families of 3 or more siblings, we offer a 10% discount on classes for the third (or more) child.
We are able to provide a refund for program fees up until the second week of classes each term, provided we are informed of cancellation via the office email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling our office (506-674-9192). No refund can be given for the first term after the second week of classes. However, you will not be charged for the winter or spring term. The same policy is in effect for the second and third terms.
